I'd rather not have negative things on my blog, but I had to get this out.

"If you attempt to assault a peace officer and are actively resisting arrest, expect to get beat down until you are no longer a threat to that officer."
-Why should a peace officer wait until he/she is harmed before the officer takes all measures to insure his/her safety? In almost every profession, when a person leaves their home to go to work they fully expect to return home in the same fashion and so do peace officers.

"Sending a career criminal/gang-member to prison for a short amount of time; is like sending an ordinary person to the DMV. You don't want to go, but know eventually you'll have to, and while your there you might as well accomplish something."

"Why should any of my freedom be confined for the rights of a career criminal?"

"If everyone, who was lawfully able to, carried a gun did, criminals would think twice before committing crimes or at least there would be fewer of them."

"When people have more rights than they should a justice system can not work as a form of recovery or rehabilitation."

"If you want to be a career criminal just get on parole. Then you can do just about anything for the price of a parole violation."

The Constitution is great, and has been great, but in some areas it could use some adaption towards a twenty-first century approach.
